A Note from Amara
Kashmiri coppersmiths never leave a surface bare — chinar leaves, roses, vines, worked so close together no metal shows. I could not pass this one by. It is an antique, raised and engraved by hand in Kashmir long before it reached us; lift the lid in front of guests and it does exactly what it always did.
