Every Maeraas piece is checked before it leaves us — first by our team, and for international orders, personally by Amara. We take quality seriously.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in finish, colour, and texture are inherent and not grounds for return or exchange. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Our policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders once placed. We offer exchanges or store credit in the circumstances described below.

Pakistan orders

  • Damaged in transit: We will exchange without question. Report within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos.
  • Personal preference: We offer a one-time exchange if requested within 2 days of delivery. Customers bear the pickup and re-shipping costs. Items on sale and customised orders are not eligible for exchange.

International orders

  • Damaged in transit: Eligible for exchange. Report within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos.
  • Wrong item received: Eligible for exchange. Report within 48 hours.
  • Personal preference: Not eligible for exchange.
  • Lost shipment: Eligible for full refund.
  • Customers bear all return shipping costs.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible and no refund will be issued.

How to request an exchange

Contact us at contact@maeraas.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and photographs. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.

Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address we provide. We will dispatch the replacement once the returned item is received and inspected. Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible.

Processing time

Exchange orders are subject to stock availability and may take longer than standard orders to fulfil.
