Returns, Exchange & Refunds

Our products are meticulously handcrafted by skilled and talented local artisans of Pakistan. The unique handmade nature of each product means that slight differences and irregularities may occur. Before dispatching any piece, it goes through our quality control department to ensure its quality. Additionally, the brand owner, Amara, personally checks all international orders to guarantee the highest quality standard.

Important Notice

  • No Returns or Refunds:Due to the exclusive handmade nature and the care invested in each product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders once placed. We only offer exchanges or credit notes.
  • Damaged Items:Items damaged during shipping within Pakistan will be exchanged without hassle.
  • Wearable Accessories:For hygiene reasons, wearable accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchange Policy - Pakistan

  • Exchange Only:We offer exchanges but do not provide refunds if the customer does not like the product(s).
  • Non-Exchangeable Items:
    • Items on sale are not eligiblefor exchange.
    • Customized orders are not eligiblefor exchange.
  • One-Time Exchange:A product can be exchanged only once during the course of an order.
  • Shipping Charges:Customers must bear the pickup and re-shipping charges for exchanges.

Exchange Policy - International

  • Refunds:Refunds are applicable only in the case of lost shipments.
  • Limited Exchanges:International orders are not eligible for exchange, except if the order is damaged in transit or the customer has received the wrong product.
  • Shipping Charges:Customers must bear the shipping charges for any exchange.
  • Shipping Damage:We are not responsible if items get damaged during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for an exchange as per our policy.

Steps to Follow for Exchange

  1. Reporting Damage:
    • If your shipment is damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving it to take advantage of our delivery service's shipment guarantee.
  2. Requesting an Exchange:
    • If you wish to exchange your order due to personal preference, please inform us within two days of delivery.
    • Contact us via email at maeraas.thepersianart@gmail.com or through WhatsApp/Instagram with your order number and product picture.
  3. Approval Process:
    • Once our team checks the description and confirms the damage or incorrect product, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the approval of the exchange or return.
  4. Packaging and Shipping:
    • Pack the product in the same packaging before couriering it to the address provided in the exchange approval email.
    • The customer will bear the shipping/reverse pickup/re-shipping charges for returned or exchanged items.
  5. Inspection and Dispatch:
    • Upon receiving the product(s), we will inspect and check the physical product.
    • We shall then dispatch fresh or correct products as per Maeraas’ policy.
  6. Eligibility for Exchange:
    • The product must be unused and untampered to be eligible for exchange.
  7. Processing Time:
    • It may take longer than usual to ship the exchanged product.
    • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
