Shipping Policy

Every order is checked, wrapped, and dispatched with care. This page explains how and when your order reaches you.

Processing

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within a few business days. Pre-orders are made to order and typically take 3–4 weeks before they ship, as each piece is finished by hand.

Within Pakistan

We ship nationwide by courier, with tracking shared once your order is on its way. Standard delivery is Rs 500, and free over Rs 20,000.

Urgent delivery arrives in 2–3 working days. The charge shown at checkout is an estimate; we confirm the exact amount with you before your piece is sent.

International

Every order leaves Karachi by tracked courier. Once it ships, it reaches the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain in about 4 working days; the UK and Saudi Arabia in 5; Kuwait and Oman in 6; Singapore and Australia in 7; and the USA and Canada in 8. For other countries, we'll share an estimate when your order ships.

Deliveries to the Gulf need the recipient's national ID card for customs. We'll ask you for it by email or WhatsApp after you order.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Any such charges are set by your local customs authority, not by Maeraas.

For orders to the UAE: shipments over AED 300 are charged customs duty and VAT of roughly 10 percent in total, collected by the courier at delivery. There is nothing else to pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships. If you have not received it, contact us and we will resend it.

Lost or delayed shipments

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs, but we will always help you trace a parcel. Shipments confirmed lost in transit are eligible for a full refund, as set out in our refund policy.
