Shipping Policy

Every order is checked, wrapped, and dispatched with care. This page explains how and when your order reaches you.

Processing

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within a few business days. Pre-orders are made to order and typically take 3–4 weeks before they ship, as each piece is finished by hand.

Within Pakistan

We ship nationwide by courier, with tracking shared once your order is on its way.

International

We ship worldwide, including Singapore, the UAE, the UK and the US, by tracked courier. Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Any such charges are set by your local customs authority, not by Maeraas.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships. If you have not received it, contact us and we will resend it.

Lost or delayed shipments

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs, but we will always help you trace a parcel. Shipments confirmed lost in transit are eligible for a full refund, as set out in our refund policy.
